Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds apply only when full payment has been received; partial payments are non‑refundable. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–9 days from your cancellation request (as per our Cancellation Policy on this page).
Security Deposit
Refundable security deposit: ₹10,000 (held at check‑in). Refunded within 4–7 working days after post‑stay inspection, net of any damages or incidentals.
Occupancy & Visitors
This home accommodates up to 10 guests. Additional guests or day visitors require prior approval and may attract extra charges. No sub‑letting. Registered guests only after 10:00 PM.
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior intimation. Keep pets off beds/sofas; bring your own pet linen. Owners are responsible for pet waste disposal and any damages. A pet cleaning fee may apply.
Smoking & Tobacco
No smoking indoors. Use designated outdoor areas and dispose of butts safely. Chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited.
Noise & Community
Please respect quiet hours 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Loud parties, DJs, amplified music or fireworks are not permitted. Intimate gatherings are fine within listed occupancy and house limits.
Damages & Loss
Report any breakage or malfunction immediately. Guests are liable for damages, missing items, deep‑cleaning, and unauthorized vendor use; costs will be adjusted against the deposit if applicable. We are not responsible for loss/theft of personal belongings.
Cleanliness & Housekeeping
Daily light housekeeping is provided; please cooperate with our staff. Use bins provided; avoid littering the lawns/farm. Linen change is provided for longer stays or upon request (charges may apply).
Kitchen & Water
Use the kitchen responsibly; switch off appliances after use. Natural well water is available on site; bottled drinking water can be provided/arranged.
Farm Safety
Supervise children near water bodies, farm equipment and animals. Use designated areas for campfires and only with staff assistance. Unauthorized entry into restricted farm zones is not permitted.
Vendors & Events
External decorators/caterers/photographers require prior approval and must follow property guidelines. Commercial shoots are permitted only with written consent and applicable fees.
Compliance
Follow local laws and community guidelines. Any illegal activity or severe violation of house rules may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is collected to help us maintain the property in excellent condition for every guest.
- The deposit is collected 48 hours prior to check-in via UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
- It is fully refundable and will be returned within 4–7 working days after check-out, provided there are no damages, rule violations, or delayed check-outs.
- In case of any deductions, guests will receive a detailed breakdown of charges.
- For premium bookings or large group stays, a higher or consolidated deposit may be applicable.
