Habigo Policies

At Habigo Ventures, we don’t just manage stays — we curate experiences. To keep things transparent, safe, and reliable, here are our key policies.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after payment. 
  • Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. 
  • Additional services (meals, activities, extra guests, etc.) may carry separate charges. 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans may change. Our cancellation terms are simple:

  • More than 14 days before check-in → Full refund (minus nominal processing fees). 
  • 7–14 days before check-in → 50% refund. 
  • Less than 7 days or no-show → No refund. 
  • In the event of natural calamities or government restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule your stay wherever possible. 

3. Check-in / Check-out

  • Timings may vary by property and will be shared at the time of booking. In general, the standard check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 12 pm 
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 

4. Guest Responsibilities

To ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience:

  • Respect the property, staff, and local community. 
  • Follow house rules (including restrictions on smoking, pets, parties, or loud music, where applicable). 
  • Report any damage or issues immediately. Costs for damage or misuse may be charged to the guest. 

5. Trust & Safety

Your safety and peace of mind are at the heart of what we do:

  • All Habigo stays are hand-picked and verified for quality, hygiene, and comfort. 
  • Hosts and staff are trained to maintain welcoming, secure environments. 
  • Emergency contact numbers and safety protocols are shared at each property. 
  • Valid government ID verification is required at check-in for all guests.
  • Guests are requested to adhere to the consent form & house rules for their own safety. 

6. Privacy Policy

  • We collect only essential details (name, contact, booking info) to process reservations. 
  • Your personal information is secure with us and will never be sold to third parties.

7. Liability

  • While we strive to ensure seamless experiences, Habigo is not responsible for events beyond our control (such as natural calamities, power outages, strikes). 
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the booking. 

8. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
