By booking a stay with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Guest Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your personal belongings; Habigo is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.

   

• You must follow the house rules of the property.

   

• Any damage, breakage, or misuse during your stay will be charged to you.

   

• The property should be left in the same condition as at check-in.

   

Safety & Environment

• Some properties may be located near wildlife zones, beaches, farms, forests, or open water bodies. Entry into such areas is at your own risk and may be restricted.

   

• You accept that natural elements such as insects, snakes, uneven terrain, or weather conditions may be present.

   

• For properties with pools or beach access:

   

  • Proper swimwear is required.

     

  • Alcohol is not permitted in or around water areas.

     

  • Children must always be supervised by adults.

     

Additional Charges

• Non-compliance with housekeeping guidelines (dirty dishes, unbagged trash, misuse of kitchen) may attract a cleaning charge.

   

• Lost keys or access cards will incur replacement charges.

   

Consent & Waiver

• By booking, you accept the risks of the natural environment around the property.

   

• Habigo Ventures and its property partners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or mishaps that occur during your stay.

   

• You consent to Habigo using your basic contact details (name, phone, email) for booking coordination and communication. You can opt out of promotional updates anytime.

   

Guest Acknowledgement

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and understood this Consent & Liability Agreement, and you agree to comply with the rules and responsibilities outlined above.
